BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
A booking is considered confirmed once full payment has been received. To reserve a room, we require your name, address, arrival and departure dates, and payment method.
FULL PREPAYMENT
100% prepayment is required at the time of reservation.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
Full prepayment is required at the time of reservation. All bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows. We highly recommend that guests obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations. Reservations will be canceled if full payment is not received at the time of booking.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM. A passcode for entering the apartment will be sent 24 hours before the guest’s arrival. For safety reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the premises, and the maximum room capacity must not be exceeded.

GUEST BEHAVIOR AND LIABILITY
Inappropriate conduct or violation of terms may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund. Guests are liable for any damages caused and must cover all related expenses. By confirming the reservation, guests agree to pay for all damages caused directly or indirectly to the host.
NO SMOKING INDOORS & EXTRA CLEANING FEE
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A standard fee of 1000€ will be charged for smoking inside the accommodation unit. Any situation requiring ozonation will also incur a 1000€ fee. Standard cleaning after check-out is included in the price. Additional cleaning services, such as the removal of bodily fluids, will incur an extra cleaning fee of 500€. In cases of vandalism, guests are liable for all damages and must cover all expenses.
